Mousavi is working on a charter for freedom. I wonder if he is looking at the good old Declaration of Independence, 233 years old and going strong.
This could be a powerful development for freedom in Iran. It also reminds me of Charter 77 in Czechoslovakia before the fall of communism.
“We are drafting a charter that transcends political groups and fronts,” Mousavi said in a meeting with Iranian journalists. “It seeks to present a unified face of the people joined in the Green Movement and enable them to strengthen their unity.”
Building unity and organizing many groups into one movement is good. A charter will be a good teaching tool to effect this unity.

So many people wonder where PersianKiwi went, but if the Kiwi is off somewhere organizing based on this charter process, it will lead to a good outcome for freedom in Iran.
